With Heartbeat's assistance Pastor Dickson has overseen the planting of corn and other vegetables for the children. His hope and prayers for the future is that they will be able to purchase a refrigerator for the storage of the vegetables and to buy the land on which these vegetables now grow.

The cornfield which will provide the children with food 

The land here is dry but the Lord provided the rain to produce a very good crop.

These vegetables will provide the children with a healthier diet. We pray that the Lord will grant the rain necessary to look after these vegetables until they become an addition to the children's dinner table.

The orphanage now has a cow,

rooster and hens.
