potatoes and cabbage, etc. |

Or, you can go to the market |

and buy dry goods such as beans, sugar and rice. |

You can also buy clothing. |

Our favorite pass-time was meeting the villagers who were friendly and helpful. |

We met some at the water hole or outside their homes. |
|
|
This young man has built a toy car out of sticks, styrofoam and bits of pop cans. |

There is a bike repair shop in the village |

and a local motel. |
